Our Life…& Work… Part II

Anxiety is not a part of my life. I am forever moving away from it. I will not allow the pressures at work to pull me down. I am an overcomer. I am on top of pressure and not on the bottom of it. I will put myself wholly into all that I do. I will give it my all and work diligently, especially when no one is looking. I will be a hard worker, a smart worker and a person others can rely upon. My character, the person Christ made me to be, will shine forth at every opportunity. Rather than being passed over for promotion, I will be one of the first to be considered. My trust will always rest secure in Christ, for Christ in me shines brighter and is greater than any and every opponent.

This is what I believe and confidently declare!

Colossians 1:10-12 (NLT) Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better. 11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy,12 always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.

Deuteronomy 28:13 (NKJV) And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.

Colossians 3:23-24 (ESV) Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.

Psalms 20:7 (ESV) Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

Psalms 56:9-11 (ESV) This I know, that God is for me. 10 In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, 11 in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?
