My Victory is secured. When I go into battle with my enemies (and to remind myself…it’s not against flesh and blood), I have all the confidence I need for my God goes with me. In fact, he already secured the victory for me through his Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ. My heart will not faint, nor will my knees buckle for God himself goes with me to fight for me against my enemies. Victory is mine so I shall not fear, cower, or take the wait and see approach, I shall run headlong into the fray, trusting that my God goes before me.
Lord, thank you for the Victory provided for me at the cross, I gratefully receive it by faith.(Note: these “I Declare” devotions are meant to be proclaimed out loud, as part of your personal daily devotions
Deuteronomy 20:1-4 (ESV) “When you go out to war against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and an army larger than your own, you shall not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. 2 And when you draw near to the battle, the priest shall come forward and speak to the people 3 and shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Israel, today you are drawing near for battle against your enemies: let not your heart faint. Do not fear or panic or be in dread of them, 4 for the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.’
