We are excited at VLC to introduce our pastor.

Pastor Noel has been involved with Victory Churches since 1998. He has been involved in Music ministry for over 25 years and has also served as a Worship Pastor, Youth Pastor, Board member and multiple other roles within the church. He has been involved with music ministry at many VCI conferences as well. He recently senior pastored Victory Church of Penticton from 2014 – 2019.
Pastor Noel has a background in Mechanical engineering technology and has been
involved with the family business of building classic vehicles for most of his life. He and
his brother continue to operate the family business that has been running for almost 45 years.
Pastor Noel along with his three daughters are excited to be building the church family together with all who attend VLC.
