Declaration of Encouraging Words – Victory Life Church

Day 14 – I DECLARE that I will use my words to bless people. I will speak favor and victory over my family, friends, and loved ones. I will help call out their seeds of greatness by telling them “I’m proud of you. I love you. You are amazing. You are talented. You are beautiful. You will do great things in life.”

Declare these words aloud!

Proverbs 16:24 Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Proverbs 25:11 A word aptly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat its fruit.

2 Timothy 1:13 Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

1 Corinthians 14:3-4 On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation. ⁴ The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.

John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

I Declare Victory – When I Tire

I Declare - Victory in my life and in the lives of all those around me. When my arms tire or when I feel weak, I can count on those around me to help pull me through. And when those around me feel weak or tired, I will be there to lift up their aching arms. Here's the thing, I am not in this alone, God has surrounded me with awesome people who will lift my arms when I tire. Also, I want my friends to know, I want my family to know, I want my church to know, I want my coworkers to know...that they are not alone. I am there for them, ready to lift their tired arms, in order to ensure the victory in their lives.
Thank you Lord, for the Victory provided for me at the cross, I gratefully receive it by faith.(Note: these “I Declare” devotions are meant to be proclaimed out loud, as part of your personal daily devotions)
Exodus 17:8-16 (ESV) Then Amalek came and fought with Israel at Rephidim. ⁹ So Moses said to Joshua, “Choose for us men, and go out and fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.” ¹⁰ So Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought with Amalek, while Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. ¹¹ Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed, and whenever he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed. ¹² But Moses' hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. ¹³ And Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the sword. ¹⁴ Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this as a memorial in a book and recite it in the ears of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.” ¹⁵ And Moses built an altar and called the name of it, The Lord Is My Banner, ¹⁶ saying, “A hand upon the throne of the Lord! The Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.”

2 Timothy 1:6-7 (ESV)For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, 7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. We have been (past tense) unleashed from fear. It no longer should have any control or power over us. Our decisions should no longer be bound to fear. Man and mans power over us should be broken - that is making decisions based on the fear of man. I say should because according to the finished work of the cross, we've been unleashed from fear, but in order to fully benefit from this finished act, we must accept it as ours and begin to live like it's so. Are you tracking with me? Unleashed means completely set free, totally released from those things that hold us back, no longer bound by its control. Let's live like it, line our confession up with it and move away from the many tentacles of fear. Let us proclaim loud and clear..."No Fear Here". Amen!
I Declare…Victory

I Declare - victory over my life, over my family, over my place of employment, over my church and over everyone I come in contact with. The life I live, I live in victory. Christ has given me the victory and I have determined, 'come what may', to walk in Christ's victory for my life. Abraham, my father in the faith, walked in victory. All of Abraham descendants walked in victory and now, through the cross of Christ, I am a child of Abraham...one of his very descendants, thus, victory is mine through the faith of Abraham, my father of faith.

Genesis 17:1-8 (NLT) When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am El-Shaddai—‘God Almighty.’ Serve me faithfully and live a blameless life. ² I will make a covenant with you, by which I will guarantee to give you countless descendants.” ³ At this, Abram fell face down on the ground. Then God said to him, ⁴ “This is my covenant with you: I will make you the father of a multitude of nations! ⁵ What’s more, I am changing your name. It will no longer be Abram. Instead, you will be called Abraham, for you will be the father of many nations. ⁶ I will make you extremely fruitful. Your descendants will become many nations, and kings will be among them! ⁷ “I will confirm my covenant with you and your descendants after you, from generation to generation.
